THE FINE PRINT
We confine our management activities to the
State of Florida. Our fees are negotiated based upon the specific
assignment. We don't quote an "average fee". We don't charge
cancellation penalties. We will give you a 24-hour cancellation
clause if you like. We maintain all appropriate licenses and
insurance. We don't use a "standard management/leasing agreement".
It is negotiated for each specific assignment, etc., etc.
